Tyce Smith is a founding partner of the law firm of Smith & Turley. For 30+ years, he has been providing legal services in many practice areas, including state and federal criminal defense, local government law, family law, probate and trust law, real estate law, civil litigation, criminal conviction and arrest expungements, and credit card and debt collection defense. The depth and breadth of Tyce’s knowledge, expertise, and experience is a strong advantage that he brings to his clients.

Presently, Tyce serves as counsel for City of St. Robert and City of Richland, he is a member of the Missouri Bar, Federal Eastern District of Missouri, Federal Western District of Missouri, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Formerly, Mr. Smith was a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and he has served as President of Pulaski Country, Missouri Bar Association.
